2:00 pm - 3:30 pm
Explore the scientific methods and tools that law enforcement, doctors and anthropologists use to examine and identify human skeletons. During this event, we will focus on identifying sexual dimorphism in human skulls and the three types of physical trauma-- blunt force, sharp force and ballistic (gunshot).
PLEASE NOTE: The activity involves replica human skulls cast from real, criminal investigations. Personal discretion is advised.
With six unique cases to examine, each case number is designed for teams of 2-5. You may be paired with another group if your team is less than 5 people.
