SKELETONS: Museum of Osteology is proud to offer Homeschool Adventure Days to our Central Florida families!
These events enable individual families to partake in our Group Education Offerings and Group Education Rates, without organizing a group!
Wednesday, May 22nd
11:00 AM - 12:00 PM: Jr. Veterinarians
1:00 PM - 2:00 PM: Animal Pathology
Recommended Grades: K-5th
Check In- 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM
Program- 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM
As "Junior Veterinarians," students work hands on with osteological specimens that have different pathologies, working together to decide how the animal got hurt, and what they would do as the animal's veterinarian to prevent or solve the problem.
Animal PathologyRecommended Grades: 6th-8th
Check In- 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM
Program- 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM
Working in teams, students will evaluate the pathology (trauma or illness) of osteological specimens to determine the type of abnormality. After the analysis is completed, teams will report their findings to the class.

All tickets must be booked in advance as Education Programs have limited spaces. Everyone in your party over the age of two (2) will need a Homeschool Day ticket for this event.
