Come join us for our Homeschool Bone Dig! SKELETONS: Museum of Osteology is proud to offer this hands on science program, where students can find and examine REAL bones and fossils.

Bone Dig

Recommended Grades: All Ages!

Students will learn about animal anatomy and document their findings as they dig for real bones in our classroom. Students will be able to touch and compare real vertebrate and invertebrate fossils, as well as modern bone and fossil bone. We will also explore different STEM careers, such as paleontology, archaeology, and anthropology! 

Please note: Students and parents will be supplied with protective eyewear.
