Homeschool Adventure Day enable individual families to partake in our hands on Education Programs, without organizing a group!
11:00 AM - Amazing Animal Adaptations
Recommended Grades: K - 5th
Working in teams, students will learn to identify different skeletal and external adaptations that help animals survive. This program uses a combination of skeletal and non-skeletal specimens to practice critical thinking skills!
Please Note: Check-in for K-5th begins at 10:30 am.
1:00 PM - Keys to ID
Recommended Grades: 6th-12th
Working in teams, students will use dichotomous keys to identify mystery animal skulls! Students will practice the scientific method, critical thinking and simple mathematics during this hands on investigation.

- Scavenger Hunts & Prizes
- Coloring Station
All tickets must be booked in advance as Education Programs have limited spaces.
Tickets are sold per person. (Children under 3 do not require a ticket.)
